Rescheduling is allowed up to 8 hours prior to the slot time.

Rescheduling of a booking can be done a maximum of 2 times.

Once a booking is rescheduled, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

0-4 hours prior to slot: Cancellations are not allowed.

100% refund if the slot is cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time.

50% refund if the slot is cancelled more than 12 hours before the start time.

3% of the booking amount will be charged as handling charges in addition to the cancellation charge mentioned above.

Incase of split payment bookings the refund charges will be calculated on the basis of the entire slot price and not the paid amount.

A booking can only be amended/cancelled before the start time of the first slot in the booking.

Club Policy

Prohibited Activities:

Eatables are not allowed inside the premises.

Consumption of food, alcohol, and smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.

Yelling or shouting is not permitted. Disruptive behavior, offensive language, unsolicited criticism, obscene gestures, or poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated.

Adherence to Slot Timings:

Players must strictly adhere to the booked slot timings.

Players are advised to report to the venue at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to the booked slot.

Corporate Bookings:

Corporate bookings must be made using the Inquire option or by contacting contact@playp.com or +91 9700000136.

Corporate bookings made through the app will be canceled without prior intimation and no refund will be provided.

Tournaments and Coaching:

Prior permission from the venue is required to conduct tournaments or coaching.

Bulk Booking Cancellations:

100% of the slot fee will be charged for cancellations of bulk bookings.

Liabilities:

Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or injuries during matches. Players are encouraged to purchase insurance at the checkout page (T&Cs apply).

Littering is prohibited. Please use the dustbin to dispose of waste. Littering may result in a permanent ban from the club.
